Composite or ceramic veneers?

Both change the shape, colour and proportions of the front teeth. The difference is in how they are made and how long the process takes.

Composite veneers

Built up directly on the tooth, layer by layer, usually in one or two visits. Little or no preparation of the tooth is needed, and they can be polished or repaired later.

Ceramic veneers

Made in a dental laboratory and bonded at a later visit. Ceramic keeps its colour and gloss very well over time and suits larger changes.

Which one fits you depends on your teeth, your bite and what you want to change. We decide together after the examination.

The information here is general and does not replace an examination.
